Solicitation (RFQ) Scope & Requirements Scope Summary: The USDA Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) requires the purchase of orange paper delta traps with three (3) sticky sides. The traps will be used primarily for the surveillance and monitoring of the European grapevine moth, Lobesia botrana, but may also be used for the early detection of other exotic insect pests. USDA is seeking a quantity of 75,000 Paper Delta Trap, Orange, 3 Sticky Sides.
