This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a General Purpose Electronic Test Equipment (GPETE) Wattmeter IDIQ in accordance with the requirements of the Purchase Description (Attachment 1). This will be awarded in accordance to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) part 12 � Acquisition of Commercial Products.
