DK - Heart Butte Transformer Pad SOD Please see the attachment entitled "Sol. 140R6026Q0033 3.24.26" for the full solicitation details. Offerors shall bear all costs associated with preparing and submitting quotes in response to this Request for Quote announcement, including any revisions or discussions.
