Description
AMENDMENT 0003 is issued to update the Item List. Please review Amendment 0003_Attachment 1_FHP OTS - Suits and Spares Item List. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. AMENDMENT 0002 is to extend solicitation due date from 18 May 2026 at 10:00 AM (JST) to 26 MAY 2026 at 10:00 AM (JST). All other terms and conditions remain the same. AMENDMENT 0001, Attachment 1_FHP OTS - Suits and Spares Item List The purpose of this amendment is to update the Item List. Please review the attached Amendment 0001_Attachment 1_FHP OTS - Suits and Spares Item List, and Amendment 0001_RFQ - FA527026QA025_FHP OTS - Suits and Spares. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (COMBO) for commercial products FHP-OTS Suits and Spares. This acquisition is restricted to Brand Name Or Equal Items.
