Amendent No. 1 extends the due date for offers to July 22, 2026 (4:00 PM EST) Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) � Utility Master Plan Solicitation *Solicitation documents are available at the link provided in this notice. Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) is soliciting offers from qualified firms to develop a comprehensive Utility Master Plan (UMP) for the Laboratory's utility infrastructure. The selected contractor will assess the capacity, condition, reliability, resiliency, redundancy, and regulatory compliance of BNL's existing utility systems and evaluate their ability to support projected campus growth and operational requirements. The resulting Utility Master Plan will establish strategic objectives, performance targets, and a prioritized investment roadmap to guide utility infrastructure planning and decision-making. The Virtual Solicitation Overview Meeting is MANDATORY for all prospective offerors. Failure to attend the meeting will render an offeror ineligible for award consideration under this solicitation.
