The Government proposes to acquire on a 5-YR Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed price contract, a quantity of MIN 12/MAX 29 each of POWER SUPPLY ASSEMB; NSN: 6130-01-609-3298, Part Number: 13646190 in support of the M-D6 Patriot. Production Lead Time (PLT) with Testing Required is, 420 Days After Contract Award (DACA) This item is restricted to Milpower Source, Inc Cage Code: 5YWX2; with Contractor First Article; Testing Required. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) that is specified on the Source Control Drawing (or Selected Item Drawing or Altered Item Drawing). This part must be acquired directly from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawings as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order\ to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website Source Approval Request (army.mil) and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
