Description
This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). No contract will be awarded from this announcement, and the Government will not reimburse any costs associated with responding to this notice. The purpose of this notice is to identify potential sources, including small businesses, capable of providing, installing, and integrating 5 Alerton Control Boards to reduce the current diverse, multi-vendor HVAC control landscape to one system in order to reduce costs and incur resource savings. REQUESTED INFORMATION The Government is seeking vendors capable of providing this service. Interested parties are request to submit a Capabilities Statement (maximum of two (2) pages) that explicitly address the following: 1. Company Profile: Company Name, CAGE code, UEI number, point of contact, and socioeconomic business size status (e.g., 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, or Small Business) under NAICS code 238210. 2. System Experience: Demonstrated experience installing and integrating Alerton Control Boards. 3. Contract Vehicles: List any existing strategic sourcing vehicles or Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) (e.g., GSA Schedule) your company currently holds for these services. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS Responses must be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer (primary point of contact) and Contract Specialist (alternate point of contact) listed in this notice prior to the day and time identified in this notice. Please include "Sources Sought Response - ACS Controls Upgrade - [Company Name]" in the subject line.
