Description
Pre-solicitation Notice: CERFP Role Players Exercise Classification Code: R429 NAICS Code: 611430 - Professional and Management Development Training The Kentucky Army National Guard (NGKY) intends to issue a solicitation on or around 08 April 2026, with the intent to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for Kentucky Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and High Yield Explosives (CBRN) Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) Collective Training Exercise (CTE) for role player support and structure collapse venue site reset. This announcement is for a competitive 8(a) set aside in accordance with RFO FART Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services) and RFO Part 19 (Small Business). A detailed description of the work will be provided in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) included in the forthcoming solicitation. The period of performance will be from 21 July 2026 through 23 July 2026 at Camp James A. Garfield Joint Military Training Center (Camp Garfield) located at 8451 State Route 5, Ravenna, OH 44266. The acquisition will be solicited as a competitive 8(a) Set-Aside. The Government will only consider proposals from eligible 8(a) concerns. Any proposals received from firms that are not certified 8(a) participants at the time of proposal submission will not be considered for award. The upcoming solicitation will require all offerors to have both a current National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) SP 800-171 assessment score (not more than three years old) and a current Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification CMMC status (if applicable) posted in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) at the time of proposal submission. Any contractor not registered in SPRS or that has not posted its NIST score and CMMC status will be considered non-compliant and will not be considered for award. A formal solicitation will be issued on or around 08 April 2026. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on SAM.gov through PIEE. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a request for proposals and the government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice.
