SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE � Headgate Rock Substation McGraw Edison Power Transformer (Serial Number: C-05324-5-1) load tap changer (LTC) retrofit project This is a sources sought announcement only: The Department of Energy (DOE), Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Desert Southwest (DSW) Region is seeking capability statements from all interested parties for the �Headgate Rock Substation McGraw Edison Power Transformer (Serial Number: C-05324-5-1) load tap changer (LTC) retrofit project- a complete turnkey retrofit of the degraded, legacy oil-type LTC on the active McGraw Edison Power Transformer (S/N: C-05324-5-1). Please refer to the attachment for additional informtion.
