Next-Gen Innovators Next-Gen Innovators Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Vehicle AFRL/PZLEQ, Bldg. 45 Eighth Street, Wright Patterson AFB, OH 45324 SUBJECT: Next-Gen Innovators STEM Division REF NO.: FA2396-26-R-B001 DESC: THIS IS A NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION (NOCA); THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS NOCA OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS. THE PURPOSE OF THIS NOCA IS TO NOTIFY INDUSTRY OF THE USAF'S INTENT OF CONTRACT ACTION AND POSSIBLY GAIN KNOWLEDGE OF OTHER POTENTIALLY QUALIFIED SOURCES AND THEIR SIZE CLASSIFICATIONS (SMALL BUSINESS, LARGE BUSINESS, ETC.) PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION, AS ONE DOES NOT EXIST. The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Directorate of Contracting (PZLEQ) located at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, intends to issue solicitation resulting in a single award for the AFRL Next-Gen Innovators Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity vehicle. This notice of contract action does not constitute a solicitation, nor does it constitute a request for proposals. This procurement is advertised as full and open. This procurement will use FAR part 15 Request for Proposal (RFP) process and intends to award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to the responsible offeror whose proposal, conform to the RFP. Award of orders will be determined by requirements and will include but not limit itself to Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time and Material (T&M), and other possible contract types. The work to be acquired under this effort is for diverse types of supervision, personnel, and services required to support Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Educational Service requirements as written in the IDIQ Performance Work Statement (PWS). The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 611710 and the size standard is $24M. Foreign participation is not authorized. The basic contract period will be for five (5) years with one (1) base year and four (4) one-year options. The estimated maximum dollar value for all contracts combined is $60,000,000.00. Order values will be based on future needs of customer. The government makes no representation as to the number of orders; however, during the term of the contract, a minimum of $2,000.00 is guaranteed at the issuance of the contract. Contractors are not guaranteed work in excess of the minimum guarantee. The Government intends to evaluate proposals and award contract without negotiations. However, the Government retains the right to hold negotiations if determined appropriate. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
