COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NMFS RACE Net Loft � Lift Truck and Sweeper Maintenance Services (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 1333MF26Q0029 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for lift truck & street sweeper preventative maintenance and repair services at the RACE Net Loft in Seattle, WA. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 811310. The small business size standard is $12.5m in average annual receipts or less. We are asking offerors to submit quotes consisting of a job lot price for two (2) preventative maintenance/safety inspection services per year for the seven heavy equipment units (six forklifts and one electric street sweeper) listed in the Statement of Work; and standard labor rates for repair work needed after inspections. Pricing should include base + option years. Please see attached documents for full details. Pricing for option years will be evaluated as a total cost summary along with base year.
