Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 10 Contracting Office, in accordance with FAR 13.106(b)(2) (soliciting from a single source) intends to negotiate on a single source basis a one year contract with Natera, Inc., 201 Industrial Road, San Carlos, CA 94070 to provide chronic kidney disease (CKD) gene panel testing services for the Pathology and Laboratory Service located at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center. NAICS Code is 621511, and Size Standard is $41.5 Million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, solicitations, or request for offers. A sources sought was previously completed on 3/13/2026 under 36C25026Q0345 and no solicitation package will be made available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government or it will not be considered. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Responses must be submitted in writing by March 27, 2026, by 01:00PM EDT, and shall be sent via email to Jessica.Bryant5@va.gov.
