AMENDMENT 1- Questions and Answers posted 4/9/26 Description - This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0423 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Combustion Analyzer. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 334516 The small business size standard is 1,000. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. See �Attachment 1 - Solicitation Terms and Conditions� for applicable clauses, instructions, and evaluation criteria. In order to be considered for award OFFERORS SHALL SUBMIT ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: Submit Firm Fixed Price quotation (quote on company letterhead) detailing the itemized supply description, price for each with the total, and valid for at least 30 days after receipt of quote. *Place of Manufacture is REQUIRED for all supply items. Submit SF-1449 Submit Sam.gov Unique Entity ID (UEI) with quotation. Submit Capability Statement and/or technical documentation or brochures showing technical capability to meet or exceed ALL Performance Elements in the Specifications. REJECTION OF QUOTATION: Failure to demonstrate compliance or to submit ALL items requested in solicitation will be cause to reject the quote without further discussions. DISCUSSIONS: The Government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct discussions should it be deemed in the Government's best interest. Quotes are due on 4/17/2026 at 2:00 PM PT by email to Elizabeth Calhoun at Elizabeth.Calhoun@usda.gov. You must include the solicitation title name and number as the subject line of the email. Questions-All questions must go to Elizabeth Calhoun, whom may be reached at Elizabeth.Calhoun@usda.gov for specific questions regarding this combined solicitation. You must include the solicitation name AND number as the subject line of the email. Questions by interested parties regarding the requirement must be submitted by 4/10/2026 by 2:00 PM PT.
