Description

The 48th Contracting Squadron at RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom, seeks feedback/sources of companies capable of providing wheel and tire rack storage with roller kits in accordance with the attached Statement of Work document. Response Guidlines: Only electronic responses will be accepted. Please send responses by email to the primary POCs not later than Wednesday, 25 March 2026 by 1630 London Time. Earlier submission is highly encouraged. *This RFI (Request for Information) notice is issued for planning purposes only. Responses to this notice shall assist the Government in market research and identify potential sources. This notice does NOT serve as a formal request for proposal or request for quote. No pricing information is being requested at this time. *Funding is not and may not be made available to solicit the requirement. This RFI is not intended to serve as an official notice to obligate the Government to award a contract and consequently the Government does not intend to pay for any bid/proposoal preparation costs. Request Information: The following is requested from interested companies: 1: Please indicate if your company is willing and able to provide the described wheel and tire strage racks with roller kits. If there are any conditions that prevent your company from providing a quote should a formal solicitation be issued, please provide further details to assist in market research. 2. Please provide descriptive literature commonly provided ot the general public, if possible. 3. Idnetify your firm's information (name, address, phone number, CAGE code, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI)). 4. Identify the appropraite number of calendar days required to respond to an Request for Quote (RFQ). 5. Identify ambiguous or confusing language in the draft Statement of Work.
