The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Presolicitation Notice for Janitorial Services, Recruiting Centers, 8 locations in CT. QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, inspections, personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, transportation, and other items necessary to perform janitorial services as described in the schedule of janitorial services for the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers leased space. Janitorial service applies to all designated spaces, including, but not limited to, halls, restrooms, offices, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, common areas, test room areas and storage room areas. Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform janitorial services at the locations and frequencies described below: Janitorial/cleaning services on a two (2) day per week schedule, 104 Service days, at the following location(s): 49 C HARTFORD TPK, VERNON, CT (509 SQ. FT.) 95 STORRS ROAD, UNIT 18A, WILLIMANTIC, CT (1,600 SQ. FT.) 1062 BARNES ROAD, SUITE 203, WALLINGFORD, CT (1,685 SQ. FT.) 170 MAIN STREET, MIDDLETOWN, CT (2,600 SQ. FT.) 77 SALEM TURNPIKE, UNIT 105, NORWICH, CT (1,400 SQ. FT.) 80 NORWICH NEW LONDON TPK, STE 2D, UNCASVILLE, CT (1,575 SQ. FT.) Janitorial/cleaning services on a three (3) day per week schedule, 156 Service days at the following location(s): 398 & 400 WEST MIDDLE TPK, MANCHESTER, CT (3,200 SQ. FT.) 963 POQUONNOCK ROAD, ROUTE 1, GROTON, CT (3,100 SQ. FT.) This is not a request for quotes at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about December 29, 2025. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a Small Business Size Standard of $22 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
