Description

The New York District of the US Army Corp of Engineers is seeking 2,460 of usable space to lease for a term of five (5) years in or around Clifton Park NY. Potential site must be near a highly traveled/visible highway to draw in potential walk in candidates for Recruiting purposes. Lessor must be registered in SAM.gov. The space must have a secondary egress and ample parking. Responses should contain a propsed rental amount to include water/sewer, CAM, real estate taxes and insurance
