Description
This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. This is not a request for proposal, quotation, or bid.� The Network Contracting Office 15 (NCO15), 3450 S 4th Street | Leavenworth, KS 66048 intends to issue a solicitation for an unrestricted procurement, single award, VISN-wide Indefinite Delivery/Requirements Contract. The contract will cover the provision of hazardous and non-hazardous compounded intravenous products and associated supplies, including medications, diluents, fluids, IV tubing, closed system drug transfer devices, and other compounding and administration items deemed necessary. All sterile products shall be aseptically compounded based on patient-specific orders and in accordance with USP 797, USP 800, Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA), and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The contractor shall ensure proper delivery, handling, and storage conditions during shipment, including segregation and labeling for hazardous versus non-hazardous compounds. The contractor will also be required to provide and annually update the VHA Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) Assessment Guide for Compounded Sterile Preparations. The NAICS Code is 325412 Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing, NAICS Size Standard 1300 employees. The Product Service Code is Q517 Pharmacy Services. All potential vendors MUST be registered and active in the SAM. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the Contract Opportunities / System for Award Management website www.sam.gov. No fax bid packages shall be accepted. The solicitation will be publicized on or about February 6, 2026. No phone, fax or email inquiries will be taken for this Pre-Solicitation Notice
