Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Broadcast Services, Inc, for a site lease. Broadcast Services, Inc. is the owner/operator of this specific site; therefore, the ONLY source able to negotiate a contract with. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. The Class Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition form is attached with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 12, The NAICS code is 531120 and the requirement is not a total small business setaside. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
