Description
The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Sacramento District (SPK), requires a design-build (DB) and design-bid-build (DBB) ? Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Construction Services in support of SPK programs located primarily in the following army installations: Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTCO)/ Bay Area/ Central California, Presidio of Monterey/ Fort Hunter Liggett/ Camp Parks/ Camp Roberts/ DDJC Tracy. Secondary locations within the Sacramento boundaries of California and Utah. Specific needs will be determined based upon project requirements as described in each task order. Selected firms will work on a variety of projects that may include but not necessarily limited to new construction (including new work, additions, alterations, maintenance, and repairs) of commercial and institutional buildings and related structures. Anticipated work may include the following: New facilities to include but not limited to: Access Control Points, water tower, pavement repair and renovation of existing facilities to include but not limited to administrative buildings, training rooms, interior/exterior repairs, roofing, building mechanical systems (e.g. HVAC). Utility Infrastructure to include but not limited to water lines, sewer lines, roads, electrical, and communication utilities.-----AMENDMENT 0001 IS ISSUED TO:UPDATE SECTION 00 21 00, PARAGRAPH 2.7 TOTAL PAGE LIMIT AND 3 TOTAL PAGE LIMIT, IN ATTACHMENT 5.-----AMENDMENT 0002 IS ISSUED TO: UPDATE SECTION 00 21 00, IN ATTACHMENT 5.-----AMENDMENT 0003 IS ISSUED TO: Extend the solicitation due date to 04 December 2025.
