Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 3 of 3 Sources Sought Notice *=Required Field Sources Sought Notice Page 1 of 3 Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for CLEVELAND VAMC, REPLACE LEARNING EXCHANGE ROOF as required by drawings and specifications. Work includes general construction, alterations, for the removal and replacement of the roofing system and accessories. The new roof material is to be a Cold Applied Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene Modified Membrane Roofing System, (SBS). (THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION NOTICE)
