This RFQ is a Brand Name Only, Small Business Set-Aside for the PillCam DR3 Endoscopy System in support of VA Palo Alto Health Care System. Please refer to the attached RFQ document 36C26126Q0877 and carefully read the Adendum to FAR 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors - Commercial Products to ensure quotes submitted are complete and conforming to the solicitation's requirements. The applicable NAICS code is 339112 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. All quotations/responses shall be submitted by email only to Shanel Pagaragan at Shaneldylana.Pagaragan@va.gov by 7/6/2026 at 12:00 PM PDT. No telephone requests will be accepted.
