THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The Government will not pay or reimburse any costs of preparing a response. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), NCO 08- is conducting a market research survey to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing DAMAE Medical Video Dermoscope at a firm fixed price for the following location: James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa FL, 33612. ***See attached Draft Statement of Work*** Interested parties should provide the following information: 1. Company name, address, point of contact, and point of contact email address and phone number. 2. SAM UEI number. 3. Business size status under the applicable NAICS code if it is not already a part of your SAM registration NAICS code(s). 4. Identify any socio-economic status for your organization. 5. Current or prior Government contract number that is the same scope/item/ capability as the requested item herein. 6. Provide clear evidence of capability to meet the salient and functional requirements in the attached statement of need. Explicitly identify any product offered and provide brochure or technical information necessary as part of the evidence. 7. Identify the manufacturing country of origin. 8. Authorized distributor letter from the manufacturer (If the responding party is not the OEM). 9. If the offered product is domestic, will the responding party acquire the products from a small or large business manufacturer? Responses are due to David Griganavicius at David.griganavicius@va.gov by 1:00 PM EST on Friday, April 24, 2026. Telephone and facsimile responses will not be considered. When responding via email, ensure the subject line is titled with Sources Sought# 36C24826Q0579 - DAMAE Medical Video Dermoscope. No submissions will be accepted after this date and time. This is a Sources Sought Notice and submissions will be used for informational and planning purposes only. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate.
