Mechanical Unloading of Islands and Dredging in the Mississippi and Minnesota Rivers, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa Within the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District (USACE) Area of Responsibility.Work Consists Of, But Is Not Limited To, Furnishing All Plant, Labor, Material, And Equipment Necessary for Island Unloading and/or Dredging with a Backhoe, Dragline, Or Other Mechanical Equipment or Marine Plant, And Transportation of Material to Designated USACE Placement Sites.This Solicitation Issued as An Invitation for Bids (IFB) In Accordance with Far Part 14 and Is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business.The Appropriate North American Industry Classification System Code for This Construction Requirement Is 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a Size Standard of $45 Million.The Solicitation will Result in an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract Type Consisting of a Base 12-Month Period of Performance and Options for Two (2) Additional 12-Month Periods of Performance.The Estimated Magnitude of Construction Is $10,000,000 To $25,000,000.
