All quotes must be submitted electronically to both Contracting Officer and Contract specialists. The email subject field shall contain the solicitation number. The e-mail body shall include the Offeror�s name, address, phone number, UEI and e-mail address. PAPER COPY PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Offerors are advised that all questions concerning this solicitation shall be sent in writing to both Contracting Officer and Contract Specialists.
