Description
Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 08 (NCO 08) hereby gives notice of the Government s intent to negotiate a sole source, Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order with only one source RADFORMATION, INC. for C.W. Bill Young Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center: 10,000 Bay Pines Blvd. Bay Pines, FL 33744. This action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 12.102(a) and 41 USC §1901, only one will meet the Government s needs. Only one source is capable of responding due to the unique or specialized nature of the supplies and/or services. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the only provider of the Treatment Planning Software for Radiation Oncology, ClearCheck Radiotherapy Treatment Plan Evaluation Software, an FDA 510(k) cleared radiotherapy treatment plan evaluation software designed to automate the complex process of reviewing and documenting radiation therapy plans, aiming to increase efficiency, ensure consistency, and enhance patient safety in clinical workflows that can meet the agency s needs. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 513210 (Software Publishers) and the Product Service Code (PSC) is 7A20 [(T and Telcom Application Development Software (Perpetual License Software)]. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide this software may provide a response to moneque.rodriguez@va.gov by 13:00PM Eastern Standard Time on November 14, 2025. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
