Description
The proposal due date and time are hereby changed to December 5, 2018, 12:00 Noon, Eastern Time. The attached letter from SBA provides clarification of the non-manufacturer rule waiver. Another amendment will follow next week to clarify the RFP, and, a question and answer document will also be provided. See attached amendment # A001.
