REV 02 posted on 13 July 2026. Additionally, the CUI Q&A has been provided to all vendors via DoD SAFE. The RFSB due date is extended to 0900 EST on 20 July 2026. REV 01 Posted on 02 July 2026. The U.S. Army Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Fires is issuing a Guam Defense System (GDS) Request for Solutions Brief (RFSB) with the intent of awarding one (1) Other Transaction Agreement for Prototype (pOTA) in accordance with (IAW) 10 U.S.C. � 4022. Only U.S. companies with the ability to process and store SECRET information and hardware are eligible to submit a solutions brief. Please refer to the attached RFSB document for additional information.
