Description
UPDATE: 20.1.2026: Amendment 0003 includes IRS Form and Full Text Clauses UPDATE: 19.12.2025: Updated ELIN Sheet (18 DEC 25). The ELIN sheet was referencing incorrect PWS sections. UPDATE: 3.12.2025: Site Visit Information. Please see Amendment The U.S. Army, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Bavaria intends to issue a solicitation to award a commercial, Single Award, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Type (IDT) contract for Grounds Maintenance USAG Ansbach the U.S. Army Garrison Ansbach. This requirement will include Grounds Maintenance for USAG Ansbach Kassernes. The Period of Performance is expected to start on 01APR2025 and includes a one (1) year Base Period with three (3) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9. The Product Service Code (PSC) code for this requirement is S208 (Housekeeping-Landscaping/Groundskeeping). See attachments for more information.
