THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. It is issued for market research purposes to identify interested and capable sources for a future requirement. Information submitted is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for any costs incurred in responding. The 9th Contracting Squadron at Beale AFB, CA is conducting market research to identify interest and capable sources for the performance of Linen Services, as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). REQUIREMENT OVERVIEW This requirement includes providing all plant facilities, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, costs of transportation, and any other items necessary to perform Linen Services at Beale AFB, as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). RESPONSE INFORMATION REQUESTED Interested vendors should email the following information: 1. Company information: Company Name, Address, CAGE Code, and UEI Number. Point of Contact (Name, Title, Phone, Email). Business size and socio-economic status (e.g., Small Business, HUBZone, 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB). 2. Capabilities Statement: Describe your company's experience providing linen services as described in the PWS. Confirm the ability to provide all requirements as described in the PWS. The suggested NAICS Code for this requirement is 812332 - "Industrial Launderers", please confirm if this is appropriate or suggest an alternate. The suggested PSC for this requirement is S209 - "Housekeeping - Laundry/Drycleaning", please confirm if this is appropriate or suggest an alternate. 3. Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM): Provide a ROM for the subject requirement utilizing the suggested CLIN structure, please confirm if the structure is appropriate or suggest an alternate. FEEDBACK: Provide any suggestions, questions, or concerns regarding the draft PWS or the proposed CLIN structure.
