Description

1 The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System (GCVHCS), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, Biloxi, MS, is issuing a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice in conjunction with procedures in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is being issued. The solicitation number 36C25626Q0273 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The NAICS code is 621610 and the size standard is $19.0M. This requirement is for Open and Unrestricted businesses and will be firm-fixed-price. The closing date for this notice is 10:00 AM CT January 13, 2026. The requirement is for the following: The contractor shall provide home sleep apnea testing services only, using the WatchPAT Direct One program (brand name), which is compatible with the current VA system. These services are to be performed at the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System, Biloxi, MS, campus to include the Mobile, AL, Community Outpatient Clinic (MOPC), the Panama City West Clinic, Panama City, FL, and the Joint Ambulatory Care Center, Pensacola, FL. Services shall be provided, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, as needed. (See Statement of Work for additional detailed information.) Contractor to provide services in accordance with terms and conditions of the contract for the period of on or about January 19, 2026 through December 31, 2026. To be eligible for award of a contract, vendor must be actively registered in the SAM database (https://www.sam.gov/content/home). Vendor is also required to complete representations and certifications found in the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. Questions regarding this solicitation must be made in writing to the Contracting Officer, D. Rene Impey at rene.impey@va.gov and must include the solicitation number 36C25626Q0273 on the subject line. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR INQUIRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. Submissions of questions must be received by 10:00 AM CT on January 8, 2026. No additional questions will be received after this date. All responsible offerors are invited to submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
