Description

APNEA operations require and assemble an average of 500-700 boxes per day. Our projection is that APNEA operations will increase output by 100 boxes today for the next couple of years. Our current solution to complete the task is to assign multiple employees to manually assemble the boxes. A box-erector will automate the process of assembling cardboard boxes, significantly improve efficiency and reduce labor hours. Quotes must be received by December 12, 2025 16:00 CST to Michelle Williams at michelle.williams4@va.gov. Any questions should be submitted to Michelle Williams at michelle.williams4@va.gov by 1630 CST 21 November 2025. The government will award one contract to the quote that provides the best value and technically acceptable to the government.
