Description
This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals. Intent to sole source award to General Dynamics Mission Systems, Inc. for 2 Bandwidth Expansion Software (1 Gb/s). See attached J&A and Sole Source Memo. The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price System for Award Management (SAM) delivery order for 2 Bandwidth Expansion Software (1 Gb/s) for existing KG175 Flex TACLANES. The total estimated value is under the SAT.
