U--Bell 407GXi Ground and Flight Refresher Training

Issued on December 30, 2025. The Western Area Power Administration, Headquarters, intends to acquire, on a sole-source basis, Bell 407 GXi-specific flight training for WAPA aviation pilots through the Bell Training Academy (BTA). The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The WAPA Flight Manual requires annual BTA flight training for our Bell 407GXi Helicopters. Interested and qualified sources may submit a capability statement for consideration. Capability statements must be received within three calendar days of this notice and should include documentation demonstrating the ability to meet the Government�s requirements. The Government reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether to compete this requirement based on the responses received.
