This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes a solicitation only. Proposals are being requested and a formal solicitation will NOT be issued. This acquisition is being issued as sole source to Lyme Technology Solutions Inc. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items; the Solicitation Number is W519TC26QWORK for SolidWorks License Renewal. All terms and conditions of the underlying Blanket Purchase Agreement, N6600121A0029, are applicable to this Call Order.
