Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement RLP Procurement Summary GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Oklahoma City: Tulsa Delineated Area: North: Highway 412 Crosstown Expressway East: Cherokee Expressway Highway 444S South: U.S. Highway 64 West: 244 Red Fork Expressway Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,350 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,585 ABOA SF Space Type: Office Space Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 2 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 Full Term: _10____ Years Firm Term: __5____ Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: AGENCY UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS - Space must be contiguous - Occupancy must be second floor or higher - Reception area to be located within HUD space per requirements identified in SRP - Access to building loading dock. Freight elevator needed - FSL 2 requirements or higher as outline in SRP - 24/7/365 HVAC for ADP room - Offer Shall include 2 structure reserved parking space for Government vehicle 06/2025 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as [�100-year�/�] floodplain).
