Freight elevator needed - FSL 2 requirements or higher as outline in SRP - 24/7/365 HVAC for ADP room - Offer Shall include 2 structure reserved parking space for Government vehicle 06/2025 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
