Description
COMBINED SYNOPSIS AND SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. Solicitation number W9124D26QA250 USAMU Leadership Training 2026 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit (USAMU) who requires training centered on elite Soldier/athlete performance through the Working Genius and Maxwell Leadership principles/techniques focusing on leadership confidence, goal-setting, attention and concentration control, stress and energy management, and experiential team building and sustainment for organizational leaders as outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov., www.acq.osd.mil/DPAP/dars/dfarspgi/current/index.html, and www.army.mil/armycontracting#org-afars. MICC-Ft Knox intends to award a contract on a sole-source basis, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.201-1, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Class Deviation (DFARS CD) 2026-O0028, to Graham William to support USAMU. The anticipated award date is 30 June 2026 with a 1 July 2026 through 30 June 2027 period of performance.
