Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, has a requirement for histology tissue block and slide processing laboratory services to and from Sacramento VA Medical Center. Please carefully read the Addendum to RFO 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items and VAAR 852.273-73 Evaluation - Health Care Resources to ensure quotes submitted are complete and conforming to the solicitation's requirements. Non-conforming quotes may not be considered. The Government intends to award a Single Award Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract as a result of this solicitation. Important: Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at SAM.gov to be eligible for award. Vendors are responsible for checking SAM.gov for any amendments and must sign and acknowledge all amendments to the solicitation.
