Description
The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to PicoQuant Photonics North America Inc. The requirement is for the purchase of the following items listed below. MICROTIME 100 UPRIGHT TIME-RESOLVED PHOTOLUMINESCENCE (TRPL) MICROSCOPE, QTY: 1. OPTION 1 (SECOND HARMONIC GENERATION), QTY: 1. and 4-DAY VISIT FOR ON-SITE INSTALLATION AND TRAINING; QTY: 1. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 334516 ? Analytical Laboratory Instrument and Manufacturing, and the business size standard is 1000 employees. Acquisition of Commercial Items under RFO FAR Part 13 ? Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This notice is not a request for quotes; however, any firm believing that they can fulfill the requirement may be considered by the agency.
