Description
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) requires routine maintenance and inspection services for the FM200 Fire Suppression System and the Pro2000D Air Sampling Center located at the Thomasville Federal Records Center (FRC) twice a year on 6 month intervals. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform semiannual inspections and certification of the FM200 Fire Suppression System and the Pro2000D Air Sampling Center at the Thomasville FRC. Offerors must provide a quote and a capability statement no later than 2:00pm ET Tuesday July 07, 2026, to the following email address: tiffany.young@fema.dhs.gov All Questions shall be made in writing to the above email address. Questions are due no later than 2:00pm ET Wednesday July 01, 2026. NO LATE QUESTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED NO LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED *Note NOTICE OF FILING REQUIREMENTS FOR AGENCY PROTESTS (See solicitation) Evaluation Factors: Proposal responses will be evaluated In Accordance With FAR 12.203 based on the Vendor's Technical Abilities to meet all the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work, Past Performance, and Price.
