DLA Weapons Support (Warren) is posting a Pre-Solicitation notice for: Item: COVER, ACCESS NSN: 5340-01-517-6141 Part Number: 13005079 There is a Special Packaging Instructions document associated with this procurement that is attached for review. First Article Test is not required on the overall Cover, Access, Part Number 13005079, the Cover, Access has 2 parts that require a First Article Test. The following sub-assembly parts require First Article Test per their respective Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs) - Cover, Quadrant, Part Number 11729528, QAP 11729528 quantity 3 each - Window Optical Inst, Part Number 8626399, QAP 8626399 quantity 5 each End Iten: M17 & M18 Quadant, Fire Control M777 Towed Howitzer Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Quantity: Base quantity of 63 each and unexercised option quantity of 63 each This procurement will be a small business set-aside, only offers from small businesses will be considered for award. It is anticipated this solicitation will be published to SAM.gov sometime after May 16, 2026.
