Project Title: SURGICAL TABLE, Veterans Health Administration, Regional Procurement Office West, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) on behalf of San Francisco VA Health Care System. Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs San Francisco Medical Center has a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL requirement to purchase a Steris 5095 Surgical Table part # ST015211002 and accessory equipment. Contractors must demonstrate their ability to meet all the requirements listed in this notice. All information in this pre-solicitation announcement is a draft and subject to amendment(s) and is in no way binding to the Government. A request for quote (RFQ) will be issued. A set aside has not been determined as of the date of this posting. However, the sources sought notices will dictate what type of set aside requirement this supply procurement will be, if any. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 339113 - Hospital furniture, specialized (e.g., hospital beds, operating room furniture), and the small business size standard is 800 employees. Potential Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for an award (See Internet Site https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/). Potential Offerors must also have a current Online Representations and Certification Application on file with SAM. Potential Offerors also need to verified in the Small Business Administration (SBA) to be eligible for an award (See Internet Site https://search.certifications.sba.gov/ ) as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21).
