Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Massachusetts City: Bridgewater Delineated Area: North: West/East Bridgewater Lines (Route 24 / Matfield River) South: Middleborough Line (Taunton River) East: Halifax Line (Rt. 28) West: Raynham Line Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,400 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,500 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Surface): 30 Full Term: Fifteen (15) years Firm Term: 120 months Additional Requirements: * Space shall be contiguous on one floor. � Space shall be located on the second floor or above. � Space shall not be located on the top floor. � Proposed building cannot house immigration, probations, public defenders, and/or social services. � Proposed building cannot be within 1,000 feet of residential areas, places of worship, schools, hospitals, prisons, abortion clinics, mental health clinics, drug rehabilitation clinics and/or day care facilities. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Bridgewater, MA that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. This is not a solicitation for offers or a request for proposals. The Government will not pay any costs incurred because of this advertisement. Expressions of Interest Due: 6/12/26 Occupancy (Estimated): 7/7/29 Expressions of interest should include building name and address, 1/8-inch scale drawing which reflects existing conditions of offered space, proposed parking plan, available ABOA square feet offered and rental rate per ABOA square foot, Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable, Owner�s name and address and written statement from owner that the representative has legal authority to provide information on the property.
