No resellers or alternative organizations exist that can provide comparable access or services. However, interested parties may submit a capability statement no later than July 30, 2026 - 15 business days from posting. Responses must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that the interested party can provide the same proprietary membership services offered exclusively by NQF. The Government will not reimburse costs for any submission. Responses received will be evaluated solely for purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If no responses are received, the VA will proceed with awarding a sole source contract to NQF.
