THIS PROJECT IS SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. THE NORTHAMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE IS 236220 AND THE SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD IS $45,000,000.00 IN AVERAGE ANNUALRECEIPTS FOR THE PAST THREE YEARS. PERSONS INTENDING TO SUBMIT A BID ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE SITEVISIT.
