This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.� � This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 / 03/13/2026.� � The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220, with a small business size standard of $19 Million Dollars.� � The Network Contracting Office 7 is seeking Fire Sprinkler Inspection, Maintenance & Repair Services for the San Diego VA Medical Center located in San Diego, California. � All questions regarding this RFQ must be in writing and may be sent by e mail to Charity.Cazee@va.gov. Questions must be received no later than June 04, 2026, at 12AM PST (MST). No further questions will be accepted after that date and time.� � All offers must be in writing and may be sent by e mail to Charity.Cazee@va.gov. Offers must be received no later than June 12, 2026, at 12AM PST (MST). No further offers will be accepted after that date and time.� You are reminded that representatives from your company SHALL NOT contact any VA Medical Center employees to discuss this RFQ during this RFQ process. All questions and concerns regarding this RFQ shall be directed to the Contracting Officer.� � SCHEDULE:� This scope of work is to provide the VA San Diego Healthcare System a service contract to conduct Fire Sprinkler System & Fire Pump Inspection, Testing and Maintenance. The Inspections, Testing, and maintenance are to ensure compliance with NFPA 13, NFPA 25 and The Joint Commission standards. The contractor is required to have asbestos certifications. See the Statement of Work within the RFQ for further details.
