Pre-Solicitation On or about 04 May 2026, the Government intends to issue a solicitation for �Garrison Dam Man Lift Rental�. The solicitation will close on or about 30 June 2026. The solicitation is restricted to Small Businesses. Site Visit: A Site Visit will be scheduled and additional information regarding the site visit will be provided in the solicitation. Project Description: A man lift rental is needed for an HSS (Hydraulic Steel Structure) inspection of the Garrison Dam spillway Tainter gates. The man lift shall be provided such that HSS inspections can be performed over one 28-day period. The period of performance will be from the Date of Contract Award through 30 August 2026. The Government expects the work to be completed in June or July 2026, with actual dates to be coordinated with the Project Office and the Inspectors. NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 532412, Construction, Mining, and Forestry Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing, with a size standard for Small Business of $40M.
