If you currently have access to the base we will meet at the Exchange and Commissary Building 685 near Arnold Ave. If you do not have access to the base you will need to meet Lt Reyes: hailie.reyes@us.af.mil and Mrs. Donaghe: megan.donaghe@us.af.mil at Pass and ID at 10:00AM CST for badging. WWYK190230, REPAIR ARNOLD AVE BETWEEN H AVE AND M AVE The work to be performed under the terms of this contract consists of furnishing all materials, labor, plant, tools, transportation, equipment, testing services, quality control and incidentals required to accomplish the repair of pavement by full depth replacement and mill & overlay of Arnold Ave between H & M Avenues at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), Oklahoma. Project specific documents are attached to this posting. Your RSVP email must be received by 2:00pm CT on 10 June 2026. In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access. If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access. After receipt of your RSVP and EAL if required, an Initial Site Visit will be coordinated. You must attend the Initial Site Visit for the project to be considered eligible to propose.
