Description
This is a construction requirement for the VAVs in building 1122 which have restricted air flow due to clogged coils and airway passages. The coils shall be cleaned to achieve original design airflow specifications. Period of Performance: Not to exceed 60 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed issuance. Competition: This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238220. The Magnitude of this requirement in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204(c) is valued between $100,000 and $250,000. ***A site visit is schedule for Tuesday, 31 March 2026 / 10:00 (local) EST. Building 1122, 1122 Rhodes Ave, Shaw AFB, SC 29152. SITE VISIT ATTENDANCE FOR PRIME CONTRACTORS COMPETING FOR AWARD IS MANDATORY! Please refer to attachments 11 through 13 to ensure to adhere to all requirements necessary to obtain a pass to access the installation. Please send base access request to Ms. Goodman and Lt. Mallory Cary at kishauna.goodman@us.af.mil and mallory.cary@us.af.mil no later than Tuesday, 24 March 2026, to allow time for processing. Escorts will NOT be provided. All questions for this solicitation will be due no later than Tuesday, 7 April 2026 / 2:00 P.M. (local) EST. Submit questions to the Contracting Officer, Lt. Mallory Cary at mallory.cary@us.af.mil and the Contract Specialist, Ms. Kishauna Goodman at kishauna.goodman@us.af.mil. Bids for this solicitation are due no later than Wednesday, 8 May 2026 / 11:00 A.M (local) EST. Only electronic bids will be accepted through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) system for this solicitation posted on SAM.gov. Bids may be accepted at email addresses mallory.cary@us.af.mil or kishauna.goodman@us.af.mil ONLY after attempts to post bid through SAM.gov are unsuccessful and prior coordination with Lt. Mallory Cary or Ms. Goodman. Bid Opening is scheduled for Thursday, 9 May 2026 / 10:00 A.M. (local) EST. Building opening location is 20th Contracting Squadron, 321 Cullen Street, Building 216, 2nd Floor Conference Room 219. If attending in person, please ensure installation access requirements are met. Escorts will NOT be provided. Bid opening procedures will also be available to Bidders on Microsoft Teams. A dial-in number will be made available prior to bid opening.
