DESIGN-BUILD (DB) BARRACKS INITIATIVE (PACKAGE #2), MARINE CORPS BASE (MCB) CAMP LEJEUNE, NC AND MARINE CORPS AIR STATION (MCAS) NEW RIVER, NC. THE PROPOSED DESIGN-BUILD PROJECT INCLUDES THE DEMOLITION OF FIVE BACHELOR ENLISTED QUARTERS BUILDINGS AND WILL PROVIDE BY REPLACEMENT BILLETING CAPACITY OF 565 TWO-PERSON ROOMS TO SUPPORT 1,130 PERSONNEL AT MARINE CORPS BASE (MCB) CAMP LEJEUNE AND MARINE CORPS AIR STATION (MCAS) NEW RIVER. THIS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) IS FOR PHASE ONE FACTORS 1-4 ONLY. OFFERORS WHO HAVE BEEN SELECTED FOR PHASE TWO WILL BE NOTIFIED DIRECTLY TO SUBMIT FACTORS 5-6 AND PRICE PROPOSAL. **THIS SOLICITATION INCLUDES CMMC LEVEL 1 (SELF) REQUIREMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH DFARS 252.204-7025 AND 252.204-7021** THIS ACQUISITION IS BEING SOLICITED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS WITH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION.
