Please see attachments for combined synopsis solicitation FA524026Q0009 � Hoods, Ducts, and Fire Protection Systems Maintenance & Repair Services. AMENDMENT 0001- SUMMARY OF CHANGES The purpose of this Amendment 0001 is to incorporate Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) provision 52.219-1, Small Business Program Representations in Attachment 6 Clauses and Provisions. Offerors must complete the fill-in sections of RFO 52.219-1. All other terms, conditions, and requirements of the original solicitation remain in full force and effect AMENDMENT 0002- SUMMARY OF CHANGES This amendment is to notify all interested contractors that the site visit for the Hoods, Ducts, and Fire Protection Systems Maintenance & Repair Services at Andersen AFB, Guam, has been postponed due to Typhoon Sinlaku. A new date for the site visit will be announced in a future amendment. All interested parties should continue to monitor this solicitation for further updates. All other terms, conditions, and requirements of the original solicitation remain in full force and effect AMENDMENT 0003- SUMMARY OF CHANGES This amendment is to notify all interested contractors that the site visit for the Hoods, Ducts, and Fire Protection Systems Maintenance & Repair Services at Andersen AFB, Guam, has been rescheduled. See Attachment 9. The site visit has been rescheduled to April 29th, 9:00am, at 36 CONS. In addition, the RFI period and solicitation have been extended. Please see the updated attachments. All other terms, conditions, and requirements of the original solicitation remain in full force and effect AMENDMENT 0004- SUMMARY OF CHANGES The purpose of this amendment is to update documents file format from Word to PDF and to incorporate the mandatory pricing sheet. All other terms, conditions, and requirements of the original solicitation remain in full force and effect. AMENDMENT 0005- SUMMARY OF CHANGES The purpose of this amendment is to inform that the Request for Information (RFI) period for this solicitation ended on May 1st, and no questions were submitted to the government. Additionally, this amendment is issued to notify all interested parties of general updates to the clauses and provisions applicable to Solicitation FA524026Q0009. We have refreshed the solicitation terms to reflect the most current regulatory dates and baseline requirements, and formally incorporated the newly added clause 52.222-90 (Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors). Offerors are advised to review the updated solicitation to ensure full compliance with all current requirements prior to submission. Small Business Self-Certification Offerors are required to self-certify their size status as a small business for this acquisition. For more information and specific instructions regarding this self-certification process, please refer to Attachment 4, Additional Instructions to Offerorors. Reminder: Solicitation Closing Date Please be advised that the closing date and time for this solicitation is 08 May 2026, 12:00 P.M. Chamorro Standard Time (ChST).
